§ 153.01 URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established in and for the Town of Nutter Fort, West Virginia, an Urban Renewal Authority as provided by and authorized in W.Va. Code Art. 16-18, as amended.
