The governing body of the Town of Nutter Fort hereby finds and declares that the needs, interests and welfare of the citizens of Nutter Fort require the establishment of a Nutter Fort Parks, Recreation and Wellness Commission to establish, supervise and direct the general recreational activities, and to control the use of the town’s physical facilities, used for the recreation and enjoyment of and by the citizens of Nutter Fort and others who may avail themselves of these facilities.
