(a) There is hereby created, the Beautification Commission of the Town of Nutter Fort, which may be referred to as the “Beautification Commission”.
(b) The Commission shall consist of at least four, but no more than eight members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council.
(c) All members shall serve until their successors are duly appointed by the Mayor, and approved by Council.
(d) Vacancies occurring other than by expiration of term of office shall be filled for the unexpired term only.
(e) Members shall serve without compensation.
