§ 141.02 APPOINTMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR FIRE CHIEF.

   (a)   To adequately manage the Fire Department, but not limited to, answering fire and EMS calls; maintaining and servicing fire equipment; handle all necessary paperwork, records and maintaining cleanliness of grounds and equipment and any other duties as directed; and

   (b)   Required qualifications:

      (1)   Firefighter I and II of the State of West Virginia Fire Service Extension fire training program required;

      (2)   Emergency vehicle driving school required;

      (3)   Auto extrication school required;

      (4)   First aid required;

      (5)   CPR class required;

      (6)   Fire Officer I and II required; and

      (7)   Emergency medical technician required.
