Whenever a violation of this Zoning Code occurs or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint within thirty days from the date of the violation; such complaint shall fully state the causes and basis thereof and shall be filed with the Chief Building Official or authorized staff delegate. The Chief Building Official or authorized staff delegate shall record properly such complaint and also immediately investigate and take action as provided by this Zoning Code. (Ord. 73-2002.
