All construction performed under Sections 937.04 and 937.05, shall be subject to inspection and approval by the Director of Public Service. The contractor shall notify the Director at least twelve hours before the work is ready for inspection. Sewers, culverts, walls or other enclosing or confining structures shall be kept uncovered, free and clear until they are inspected and approved. All work shall be subject to final inspection upon completion.
