917.16 UNLAWFUL PRIVATE USE OF STREETS.

No person, firm or corporation shall establish or maintain a private use of a public street, alley or way, other than an authorized building encroachment, except in accordance with an ordinance authorizing such use, and in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
