917.09 USE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No bridge or other private structure permitted to be erected across a City street, alley or way in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be used for business signs or other commercial advertising purposes except as may be permitted by specific ordinance authorizing a revocable street privilege. Whenever any permittee shall be found to have used a special street privilege contrary to this provision, a charge shall be imposed for the commercial value of such use, in no event less than ten dollars ($10.00) per day. Nothing herein shall prevent prosecution of the permittee in accordance with Section 917.22, herein.
