(a) Whoever violates Section 527.03(d) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that waste generated off-site has been placed for pick up by the City waste collection service shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever is convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day that a violation continues to exist after notice has been given as provided in this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
