151.01 CLERK OF THE BOARD OF CONTROL.

The Board of Control shall appoint a Clerk, who shall be a person other than the Clerk of Council, to serve as Clerk to the Board of Control, and who shall be the keeper of records and perform such other duties as the Board may assign.
