SECTION 11.02. CONTINUATION OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

   All officers and employees of the City when this Charter takes effect shall be retained in his/her employment with the same status, rights, privileges and duties as before, unless and until these are altered pursuant to the provisions of this Charter. All officers of the City and all members of Council shall continue in office until their successors have been duly qualified and entered upon the duties of office.
