SECTION 11.01. CONTINUATION OF ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND OTHER ENACTMENTS.

All ordinances, resolutions, and other enactments, and any rules, orders, or regulations, in effect when this Charter becomes effective, shall remain in effect except as superseded by this Charter, and until amended or repealed.
