SECTION 6.07. BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS.

   There shall be a Board of Park Commissioners composed of five (5) members, qualified electors of the City, appointed by the Chief Executive Officer, as follows:

   Of the five (5) initially appointed, two (2) shall be appointed for one (1) year, two (2) for two (2) years and one (1) for three (3) years. Thereafter they shall be appointed for a full three (3) year term.

   Any vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term in the manner the original appointment was made.
