SECTION 6.05. BOARD OF BUILDING AND ZONING APPEALS.

   There shall be a Board of Building and Zoning Appeals, composed of five (5) members, qualified electors of the City, appointed by the Chief Executive Officer as follows:

   Of the five (5) initially appointed, one (1) shall be appointed for one (1) year, one (1) for two (2) years, one (1) for three (3) years, and one (1) for four (4) years and one (1) for five (5) years. Thereafter they shall be appointed for a full five (5) year term.

   Any vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term in the manner the original appointment was made.
