   SECTION 4.06. PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCES.
   Public notice of each new ordinance shall be given in the following ways:
   1.   By publication of its number, title and date of passage one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation in the City, within two (2) weeks after passage; and,
   2.   By publication in full in a journal of Council Proceedings which is made available to the public in the office of the Clerk of Council and made available in one or more public places in the City as determined by Council.
