SECTION 3.01. NUMBER, SELECTION, TERM.

There shall be a City Council composed of eight (8) members, one (1) elected from each of four (4) wards and four (4) elected at large. At the 2015 General Election, the four Council members elected from wards shall each be elected for a term of four (4) years and the Council members elected at large shall be elected for a term of two (2) years. Thereafter, the term of office for all Council members shall be four (4) years.
