SECTION 2.01. TERM OF OFFICE.

Commencing with the 2003 general election, the Mayor shall be elected for a term of four (4) years. The term of office shall begin at 7:30 a.m. on the first regular business day in January 2004 following the election. (Amended November 5, 2002)
