   721.05 TAXICABS TO BE MARKED.
   (a)   All vehicles operated as Taxicabs shall be prominently marked as such in a manner to be determined by the Director.
   (b)   No vehicle shall be operated as a Taxicabs unless there is affixed to it in a prominent a visible location the sticker issued in accordance with Section 721.04(e).
