123.05 LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY.

Real property owned by the City not currently needed for municipal purposes may be leased for such period of time and upon such terms and conditions as Council, by ordinance, shall determine. Any lease of real property containing an option to purchase the property shall be considered a sale of real property subject to Section 123.02.
