1113.05 DEDICATED RIGHTS OF WAY.

(a) All dedicated rights of way for street purposes shall be brought in legislative form before Council in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Norwalk Charter Section 6.04.

(b) Upon referral of any legislation pertaining to dedicated rights of way for street purposes by Council in accordance with the above procedure, the Planning Commission shall determine whether or not such dedication conforms to the Engineering Standards for Infrastructure Construction.
