1510.12 LABELING REQUIREMENTS.

In addition to the labeling requirements set forth in Section 1510.01, every exterior furnace installed within the City of Norwalk, Ohio shall prominently display upon the furnace by means of a label that is permanently affixed in a readily visible location a certification of the furnace's thermal output expressed in BTU/hr. An exterior furnace that does not comply with this labeling requirement shall not qualify as an "approved exterior furnace". No person shall falsify the certification of an exterior furnace's thermal output or install an exterior furnace with false information concerning the furnace's thermal output.
