1510.09 CONTINUING COMPLIANCE.

Any exterior furnace that becomes non-compliant with the requirements of Section 1510.04 of this Chapter by reason of the construction or modification of any residence or structure located within 150 feet of the exterior furnace shall be brought into compliance with Section 1510.04 within 30 days of the completion of such construction or modification.
