1305.02 CONSPICUOUS NUMBERS REQUIRED.

   All owners of buildings fronting upon any street or public thoroughfare are required to place proper numbers in some conspicuous place upon such buildings, in compliance with the provisions of Section 1305.01. In default thereof, the same shall be placed thereon under the supervision of the Director of Public Service and Safety and at the expense of such owner, and the cost and expense thereof shall be assessed against such property.
