1143.04 APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE.

   A.   Any person or entity desiring a change in the zoning classification of property that said person or entity owns shall file with the Clerk of Council an application for a zoning change giving the names and addresses of the owners of all properties to be rezoned and the names and addresses of all real property owners within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the real property of which change is proposed. A fee in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus an additional amount equal to twenty dollars ($20.00) for each owner of property within the aforementioned three hundred feet must accompany the application.

   B.   At least 10 days prior to the hearing required pursuant to Section 1143.07, the Clerk of Council shall cause notice of said public hearing to be forwarded via certified mail to all owners of real property located within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property which is proposed to be rezoned.
