1143.07 PUBLIC HEARING BY CITY COUNCIL.

City Council shall hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, as required by statute. The time and place of said public hearing shall be established by Council after the first reading. At least thirty days’ notice of the time and place of such hearing shall be given by one publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the City.
