§ 31.48 RECREATION PARK DIRECTOR.

   (A)   There is hereby created the position of Recreation Park Director.

   (B)   The powers and duties of this position shall be as set forth in Chapter 36, Appendix A, § 5.

   (C)   Compensation for this position shall be established by City Council as provided in the city’s compensation plan.

   (D)   The personnel rules and regulations of the city shall apply to this position.
