§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   For the first and second offense(s), any minor apprehended for violating § 130.05 shall be taken into custody by the Police Department and the parent(s), as defined in § 130.04, shall be contacted and instructed to pick up said minor. A warning citation will be issued to said parent.

      (2)   For any subsequent offense, any minor apprehended for violating § 130.05 shall be taken into custody by the Police Department and the parent(s) shall be contacted and instructed to pick up the minor. Further, said parent(s) shall be fined a sum not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each such offense.
