(A) Any person found in violation of § 115.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $500 nor more than $1,000 or shall be confined in the county jail for not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days, or both. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person, business, or corporation in violation of § 115.02 shall be fined not less than $25 per day nor more than $100 per day.
