§ 115.02 COAL PREPARATION FACILITIES.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, business, or corporation to build or cause to be built, or to operate any building or structure for the purpose of crushing, washing, or preparing coal within the city limits.

(B) No person, business, or corporation shall be granted a permit or license to build or operate any business as set forth in division (A) above within the city.
