§ 31.47 WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM SUPERINTENDENT.
   (A)   There is hereby created the position of Superintendent of the Water and Sewer System of the city.
   (B)   The powers and duties of this position shall be as set forth in Chapter 36, Appendix A, § 7.
   (C)   Compensation for this position shall be established by City Council as provided in the city’s compensation plan.
   (D)   The personnel rules and regulations of the city shall apply to this position.
