(A) All streets within the corporate limits of the city shall hereafter be identified by the name as recorded on the street name and property number map dated August 1985.
(B) No new streets shall be accepted by the city nor municipal improvements made therein until the streets have been named. If they are extensions of existing streets, the existing names shall be continued, and if not extensions, names recorded shall not duplicate or closely approximate street names already assigned.
(C) All street name signs and other references to street names which are not in conformity with provisions of this subchapter shall be changed to conform as feasible.
(D) The city shall install and maintain street name signs as funding permits.
