§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 90.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, imprisoned for not more than 12 months, or both for each offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates § 90.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500.

   (D)   In addition to impounding fees and costs of feeding, any person who violates the provisions of § 90.07 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25; each fowl running at large shall constitute a separate offense.
   (E)   Any person violating § 90.21 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
   (F)   Any violation of § 90.25 will be prosecuted by the city’s dangerous dog ordinance and will be fined $500 for the first offense, $1,000 for the second offense, and $1,500 for the third or more offenses. If a dangerous dog bites someone and causes severe injury or death, the owner is subject to all civil liabilities applicable under state and federal laws.
