§ 74.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any railroad company violating § 74.01 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense.
(KRS 277.990(6))
   (B)   Any railroad company that violates or permits any of its agents or employees to violate § 74.02 shall, in addition to subjecting itself to any liability for any damage caused thereby, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each offense. Prosecutions under this division (B) shall not be commenced after six months from the commission of the offense.
