Sheds and buildings for the storage of new or unused lumber in orderly piles shall be located with their supporting posts or columns not less than thirty feet, and their eaves or canopy not less than twenty feet, from any other building or property line, other than a street line or railroad right-of-way line. Sheds and buildings for the storage of used or secondhand lumber shall comply with the provisions of this Building and Housing Code for H-2 (hazardous) occupancies, as specified in Section 1488.01.
