(a) Gasoline service stations shall not be located above the first floor occurring above the grade in any building or structure.
(b) A gasoline service station of Type 1 (fireproof) construction or Type 2 (noncombustible) construction shall be located on a lot as required by the Zoning Code.
(c) A gasoline service station of Type 3 (exterior masonry wall) construction shall be located not less than twenty feet from any other building or lot line, other than a street line.
(d) A gasoline service station of Type 7 (unprotected metal) construction shall be located not less than ten feet from any other building or lot line, other than a street line.
(e) A plot plan, bearing the stamp of approval of the Fire Chief, shall be submitted to the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection by the applicant, with each set of plans submitted with an application for a permit for a gasoline service station. Such plot plan shall be to scale and shall have adequate dimensions to show the location, with reference to the lot lines and to each other, of all existing and proposed buildings, structures, pumps and tanks located or proposed on the lot of premises. Otherwise, plans shall be furnished as required by Chapter 1426.
