1480.01 PLANS FOR DRY CLEANING BUILDINGS REQUIRED.
   In addition to any other plans and plan supplements required under Chapter 1426, a copy of all plans required by the laws of the State to be submitted to the Fire Chief, for the construction, erection or alteration of, or the addition to, any building to be used for the purpose of dry cleaning or dry dyeing in the City, shall be submitted to the Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection when application is made for a building permit.
   Every set of plans filed with the Superintendent involving a building used for dry cleaning purposes shall bear a certificate stating which of the three classes of dry cleaning installations, as classified as to hazard in the Ohio Building Code, will be operated in the building for which the permit is applied for. The certificate shall be signed by the permit applicant or by a responsible agent of the applicant.
   Such copies of plans submitted to the Fire Chief shall bear the stamp of approval of the Fire Chief and of the Superintendent before the building permit is issued by the Superintendent.
