(a) No part of a wall bulletin shall extend into any street, alley or other public thoroughfare, except as provided in Section 1454.36.
(b) No part of a wall bulletin shall extend beyond the top or ends of the wall on which it is erected, except as provided in Section 1454.10(b) for wall signs.
