1442.05 CORRECTION OF DEFECTIVE WORK; REINSPECTION FEE.
   No contractor shall knowingly put into operation any equipment that is defective or improperly installed according to this chapter. If a contractor discovers equipment that is defective, the owner should be notified in writing.
   Defective work shall be corrected within the time specified by the Building and Zoning Inspection Division, and the Division shall be notified when corrections have been made. The fee for each reinspection shall be as provided in Section 1426.26.
