Those industrial or commercial properties that meet at least one of the following:
(a) All new and existing premises with any of the following:
(1) Monitored automatic alarm systems;
(2) Elevator;
(3) Automatic fire suppression systems.
(b) All new and existing residential complexes of four or more living units, which are served by a main entrance that is secured.
(c) All new and existing premises with an "H" use group.
(d) All premises with automatic gates that impede access through driveways, roads, or streets.
(e) All premises protected by secured fences or gates.
