If the completed job passes inspection, the Division shall notify the local electric power company of the completed installation and approval of the job and authorize the company to make the necessary connection. No connection shall be made to any job unless the Division authorizes the company to do so, except as provided in Section 1432.12. If the completed installation does not pass inspection, the inspector shall notify the contractor or permit holder, who shall correct all violations within ten days from the date of written notice from the Division. The Division shall notify the Board of Electrical Examiners of any violations that have not been corrected within this ten-day period. A final inspection certificate shall be issued upon approval of the installation and if a request for the same is made.
