1430.07 FLUES TO BE CLEAN; TESTING.
   (a)   Upon the completion or alteration of a flue, the flue shall be cleaned and left smooth on the inside.
   (b)   The Superintendent of Building and Zoning Inspection may require tests to be made to determine this condition and smoke tightness before permitting the use of a flue.
