All buildings, structures or premises within the I-2 District may be used for any lawful purpose not hazardous to the health and property of the neighborhood on account of the danger of fire or explosion, except that the following uses are prohibited:
(a) Tents; cabins; trailer coaches; trailer camps; motels; tourist cabins; dwellings.
(b) Junk yards and landfills, including, but not limited, to the disposition of industrial, toxic and/or nuclear waste.
(c) Gunpowder, nitroglycerin or other explosives manufactured as an end product, or the storage thereof.
(d) Petroleum refining and copper, tin or zinc smelting processes.
(e) The production of electrical energy by solid carbonaceous fuel, except by use of stacks of least 200 feet in height, for the dissemination of smoke therefrom.
