The sketch plat presented in the sketch plat review meeting should include the following information:
(a) All existing streets or roads within or adjoining the subdivision, setting forth the names of said streets or roads; railroads and existing or planned high tension power lines.
(b) Significant site features affecting the capability of the site to accommodate the proposed subdivision, including but not limited to steep slopes, water bodies, wetlands, floodplains, riparian setbacks.
(c) Locations of water lines and sanitary sewers adjacent to or nearest the proposed subdivision which may be extended into the subdivision; unless intent is to subdivide for on-site water and sanitary systems. Indication of how sewage disposal and water supply will be provided.
(d) General layout of proposed lots and streets, including alternative layouts which may be proposed.
(e) The locations of any existing or planned elements of the Summit County trail and greenway plans.
(f) The arrow indicating the direction of north, a graphic scale and the date of sketch preparation.
