236.02 INITIATION OF LAWSUITS AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

Council shall approve the initiation of lawsuits or legal proceedings on behalf of the City in all courts, other than those matters arising out of the Mayor's Court or the issuing of warrants for violations of the laws of the State or ordinances of the City.
