232.01 ESTABLISHMENT; DUTIES.

   (a)   There is hereby established the position of Administrative Officer in and for the City. Such position shall be in the unclassified service.

   (b)   The duties of the Administrative Officer shall be those duties specifically set forth in Article IV of the Charter and any and all other duties assigned by the Charter or by ordinance of Council.
