§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.08, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 continues or each section of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 93.20 through 93.33 shall be deemed guilty of a summary offense; and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $600 and cost of prosecution, or imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not exceeding 90 days or both, for each offense or to pay a penalty of $500 recovered in an appropriate civil action brought before the Magisterial District Judge Service, North York Borough, York County, Pennsylvania.
