§ 93.31 FIRES.
   (A)   No person shall willfully set or cause to be set on fire any building, tree, woodland, grassland or meadow within or upon any park.
   (B)   No person shall build any fire upon any park except within the fireplaces or receptacles approved and designated by the Council for such purpose; provided, however, that charcoal and gas stoves shall not be prohibited.
