§ 93.25 ANIMALS TO BE LEASHED AND CONTROLLED.
   It shall be unlawful to allow a dog or any other animal or pet to run free in any park or public area. All pets shall be kept on a leash and under control and any excrement deposited by said animal shall be picked up and be deposited in a refuse receptacle by the person in control of said animal.
