(A) It shall be unlawful to discard or deposit refuse of any kind or nature in or upon any park except by placing said refuse in containers provided for such purpose.
(B) It shall be unlawful to throw, cast, lay, drop or discharge into or leave in waters in any park any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid, which may or shall result in the pollution of said waters.
(C) No glass containers are allowed in any park.
