(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to be under the influence of intoxicants; or, to engage in any violent, abusive, loud, boisterous vulgar, lewd, wanton, obscene or otherwise disorderly conduct; or to disturb or annoy others while in or on any park.
(B) It shall be unlawful to conduct or to participate in any form of gambling, lottery or game of chance upon any park.
